TOWARDS 2ND HALF OF SEASONS OF PRAYER AND FASTING.

On behalf of The Pillars Family, i welcome us to the 2nd half of 2017, it is my most honour and privileged leading this team of passionate lovers of God and the influence of His kingdom on the earth. 

I write to remind and present to us the 2nd half of 2017- scheduled season of prayer and fasting for; 3rd & 4th Quarter between 10th July 2017 and 31st December 2017.

Why is this season of Prayer and Fasting Crucial?

Scripturally, it is noted that Prayer and Fasting is a deliberate act for the purpose of spiritual renewal, enlightenment, and among other benefits is for spiritual repositioning and transformation. (Isaiah 40:31, 58:5-12). 

However, We have established over time that; Prayer can work without fasting, but through fasting, prayer is developed, nourished, mature and come to fullest strength and power. 

The following describes the cruciality of this season for this family: 

• Is a season for real disciplined preparation in our individual lives and ministry,
• Is a season where we are set to experience the strong hand of God as we realize our mission for 2017 "EXALTING JESUS"
• Is a season of 'birthing' into realms and dimensions of revelation in the person of Christ Jesus. 
• Is a season of new dispensation in ministry as initiated by the Spirit of God, and Prayer and fasting is such times where we set ourselves to accommodate and execute God's agenda through us.
• Is a season of intense spiritual work with God from 1st-4th quarter of 2017.
• Is a season to give God the opportunity to work in us, with us, for us and through us in revealing Jesus to the world.

I therefore admonish everyone of us to get repositioned for a most relentless pursuit of God in this 2nd half of 2017. It is my longing and prayer that; Together we shall all finish stronger In Christ in Jesus Name, Amen!
