MAY 2017 THEME

Amazing Greetings in the Exalted Name of Jesus!

The month of May is recognized to be a spectacular and notable month in the Pillars Ministry and her affiliate (THRIVE Leadership Network- birthed on 23rd May 2015).

However, as we continue in our Christlike adventure towards a growing relationship and understanding in the person of Jesus, we shall focus on the 2nd indispensable force that will eternally abide, which is 'HOPE' (according to 1 Cor. 13:13).

Paul made emphasis, that our focus should be anchored on Hope In Christ, not just in this present life only, but in the life after this present age. As a matter of fact, in his opinion, we are to be pitied and considered 'miserable' if our anticipation In Christ is only in this present life only. This is what he said; 

"If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied." (1 Cor. 15:19 NIV) 

"Hope is a beautiful thing when it is about Heaven, or the coming back of the Master-Jesus and everything that belongs to the future" also looking at the account of (Romans 8:18-25), we saw that Hope is not meant to be a philosophy, but a person, Christ Jesus. For without Christ, there is no Hope. (Ephesians 2:12) 

Paul, while praying for the Believers in Thessalonia, he recognizes their enduring Hope in Christ Jesus, he said; "Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ..." (1 Thess. 1:3) 

The Hope we are talking about is not a 'philosophy', but a personality; Christ Jesus!. This Hope is not just a religious feelings about the person of Jesus, but more about anticipating His Glorious appearing, His coming (1 Thessalonians 2:19)

Therefore, the prophetic theme for May 2017 is: "HOPE IN CHRIST"

This month, lets examine "The Believers Hope in Christ"
