"UNDERSTANDING THE FAITH OF JESUS"

This month, we begin a study on "JESUS AND FAITH". Our objective this month is to understand Faith from through the eyes of Jesus. The theme study focus is on: "THE FAITH OF JESUS".

By way of Introduction, I wish to establish at this point that; "The Faith of Jesus" is "Revelation Faith", it is the Faith of Justification in Christ Jesus (Galatians 2:16-21), and as we proceed in this series, we shall further comprehend this series more.

Lets read this epistle of Paul, concerning The Faith of Jesus carefully: 

"Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. 

But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.” (Galatians 2:16-21)

Jesus came as a revelation of God, He came as the definition of God and He came as the 'Pacesetter' for ur justification with God. His coming to earth was to restores the purposes of God in reclaiming a lost relationship between divinity with humanity. 

Jesus is and remains the way, and the answer! Our faith therefore, should not be placed or put on any 'man' (neither on; pastors, mentors, prophets, apostles etc..).

Paul, by privilege was one person this dimension of faith was revealed and given to, he was the first person that was able to comprehend and describe how and what faith is composed of. "Faith In Jesus"

We saw from Scriptures, how Paul instructed the Corinthian church to walk by 'Faith' (Revelation Faith) and not by 'sight' (Sense knowledge) (2 Cor. 5:7), we live by faith (Hebrews 10:38)
