SEPTEMBER 2017 THEME
Amazing Greetings in the Exalted Name of Jesus!
On behalf of The Pillars Family, I Welcome everyone to the month of September, the last month in the third quarter of the year 2017, and we trust that this month shall be to all of us a greater season of intimacy with Christ Jesus.
What is the Holy Spirit saying to us for this month? "GIVE ATTENTION TO SOUL EDIFICATION". Jesus said; "For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, AND LOSE HIS OWN SOUL? or what shall a man give in EXCHANGE OH HIS SOUL?" (Matthew 16:26)
In the precious verses of the above Scripture, we saw that Jesus was addressing the need for Relentless follower-ship to remain His intimate disciples, He made a major emphasis on the soul of man as nothing of value in the world can purchase just a soul.
This September, The Holy Spirit is asking us to give attention to edification of our soul as believers In Christ, (just as we do to our spirit man and body), this is to attain wholeness, soul enlargement and proper alignment with God. (1 Thessalonians 5:23).
We need to consciously engage in feeding the soul (with the Gospel of Christ) for a desired prosperity that God desires from it. In doing these, our soul will find rest only In Christ, (Matthew 11:29).
When the soul is well and rightly fed, it prospers and enlarges. (3 John 1:2)
Therefore, the prophetic theme for September 2017 is: "PROSPEROUS SOUL IN CHRIST".
