THE GREATER LOVE
The subject of Love is one of the most used words ever, whether Scripturally (used over 280 time in scripture), or intellectually (used in all most every field of influence), Psychologically (it is identified as one of the number need of man, i.e. To be loved), etc. it is one of the well known and influential, as everyone obviously has heard of it, but unfortunately, The Word Love at the same time is one of the most misunderstood word ever.
In the Epistles, Paul described two outstanding nature of God which are; MERCY and LOVE, he said;
"But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us" (Eph. 2:4)
This two qualities are unmistakable, you cannot take it from Him. Love is greater than everything you need to know, including 'all knowledge'. This was verified by Paul's epistle in (Ephesians 3:19): "And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God."
"LOVE IS GREATER THAN KNOWLEDGE", this again was said my one the legend of faith, Kenneth E. Hagin (of blessed memory).
Love is greater than any conviction and it has victory over all. This was Paul's expression on this subject matter, he said: Nothing can separate him form the Love of Christ, no nothing, see the list...
"Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:39)
The Love of Jesus is greater than all....
"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." (John 15:13). This was Jesus Himself declaring what is greater. He said His kind of Love is greater. This kind of love is never limited nor bounded, not even death can withstand it potency.
