"THE ASSIGNMENT OF JESUS
The life and ministry of Jesus was driven by His Assignment. While He was on earth, He was passionate about matters of the Kingdom of God being established here on earth. Jesus had only one message: 'The Kingdom of God'. That was His assignment, and He passed it on to us. His assignment is our assignment!
Jesus left the earthly realm in order to complete the work that He began. He sits on the throne of heaven directing that work through His representatives. The assignment of Jesus has to do with God's unchangeable purpose.
The assignment of Jesus hangs God's desire to restore us to our former and rightful place, which means returning us to the position of authority and dominion, into sonship in the kingdom of Light. All along, God desired not servants, but true sons and daughters who would be citizens of His heavenly realm and live in continual relationship with Him.
