JANUARY 2017 PROPHETIC THEME

JANUARY 2017 PROPHETIC THEME

Greetings in the Exalted Name of Jesus!

On behalf of The Pillars Friends and Family Worldwide; i welcome us to the Amazing New Year 2017.

By revelation, we have come to a certain 'knowings' about this year/seasons for us in this ministry, and some of these 'knowings' are exemplified as follows:

  • 2017 Is a year of real spiritual discipline and preparations.
  • 2017 Is a year of 'birthing' passionate disciples of Christ Jesus.
  • 2017 is a year of progressive and calculated spiritual growth In Christ.
  • 2017 Is a year of professing The Gospel of Christ Jesus without fear nor shame.

The slogan for 2017 is; #JESUSalltheway, as we openly and heartily learn from the feet of Jesus, Exalting Him from January to December.

From the Gospels, we saw that Prayer to Jesus was no sentimental episode, or an afterthought, nor a form of religious activity. For Jesus, Prayer was a severe demand. To Jesus Prayer was all paramount. To Jesus, prayer was the call of a sweet duty, the satisfying of a restless yearning, To Jesus Prayer is the preparation for heavy responsibilities, and the meeting of present needs etc...

This January 2017, we do a study on: "JESUS AND PRAYER"

What did Jesus says about Prayer? How vital is Prayer to our walk with God? And why did He admonishes that we: "Keep watch with prayer, so that you may not be put to the test: the spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is feeble."? (Matthew 26:41 BBE)

Therefore, the prophetic theme for January 2017 is: "JESUS AND PRAYER."

This month, Lets Study Jesus's Prayer Life and Ministry.
